
1. General information
1.1. First round: group round (8 participants in each group, 3 games each). The final is held in Bo3 format, the top four players are determined after all the games in one lobby (according to the number of earned points).
1.2. The promotion of the teams is carried out according to the tournament bracket, which you can follow on the Battlefy website. All questions related to the tournament bracket, written or oral, are addressed to the referee.
1.3. Version of the game: the latest version of "Hearthstone", "Battlegrounds".
1.4. Venue: ‘’Battlefy’’ platform.
1.5. The way of holding the tournament and the number of matches can be changed after the registration results.
1.6. The tournament starts at 12:00, check in: at 11:30 on Discord channel.
1.7. The official language of the tournament is Armenian.

2. Rules and Regulations
2.1. The tournament is organized and supervised by Armenian Esports Federation (hereinafter Organizer).
2.2. The tournament organizer carries out
- Approval of the tournament schedule of this Regulation
- Approval of the person responsible for the tournament services
- Confirmation of the tournament results
-Registration of the tournament results and preservation of the tournament protocols
- Supervision over the observance of the tournament regulations
- Approval of the list of tournament participants
- Coverage of the tournament social media networks and other internet resources
- Dispute solution occurred among the cyber-athletes, coaches, mediators, etc.
3. Requirements for participants and conditions for their admission
3.1. The tournament is open to men and women, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.
3.2. The minimum age of the participants is 18.
3.3. There are no gender restrictions.
3.4. In case of gross disobedience of the player, as well as in case of rude violation of ethical standards towards the opponents, referees, fans, technical staff of the competition, such a player may be removed from the competition with the decision of the referee.
3.5. The player is responsible for the behavior of his fans until he is removed from the tournament with the decision of the referee.
3.6. The organizer is not responsible for the quality of the internet connection.
4.Game settings
4.1. The meeting takes place in one lobby for 8 people. The top 4 players in each lobby will pass to the next round (the number of participants leaving the group round during tournament registration may change).
4․2․ Dates: September 25, 26, 2021․
4․3 ․ Lobby creation rules:
a) All players must set the mode "online"
b) The lobby is created by the player in the top bracket of the tournament
c) To create a lobby, the best player must add all the opponents as friends and invite them to the lobby
4.4. Only game participants can be in the game.
4.5. Distribution of points

5․ It is prohibited:
5.1.Any action that violates these rules, as well as the rules of the game ‘’Hearthstone’’.
5․2․ Use of bugs.
5.3. Presence of other people in the game.
5.4. Insults to competitors, teammates, management and other participants.
5․5․ Send extra messages on Discord.
5.6. Non professional behavior
Non professional behavior is determined by the referee or the chief referee. Includes watching tournament broadcasts, receiving outside tips / hints, etc.
5.7. Deliberate disconnection from the server for no apparent reason.
6. Disciplinary sanctions
6.1. One of the Referees or the Chief Referee of the Tournament may apply the following sanctions:
- Verbal warning
- Technical defeat in the game
- Disqualification with further ban on participating in the tournament
6.2. Only the Chief Referee of the Tournament may impose the following penalty: disqualification from the Tournament.
6.3. Violations for which penalties are applied
- insulting the opponent, using obscene words, as well as negative comments to the judge or organizers.
- distracting players from the game, if it did not affect the course of the match
- the use of third-party software that affects the progress of the game (Deck Tracker)
- use of bugs
6.4. Fouls that are counted as technical loss
- For double violation of point 6.3
- Attend the meeting no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, without a proper reason and without informing the organizer
6.5. Fouls for which the player is disqualified
- Double violation of point 6.4
7․ Technical problems
7.1. When all players disconnect from the server, one more game is assigned.
8․ Procedure for reviewing the appeal
8.1. All claims for violation of the rules of the game are submitted within 10 minutes after the end of the game. The player must submit a written claim to the referee.
8.2. All decisions made by the referees of the tournament are final and are not subject to appeal.
8․3․ If the final decision of the Chief Referee is being discussed, it is a reason to assign a technical defeat in the current game of the series or even the entire game.
8.4. If the game is interrupted for technical reasons, the players can continue the game with their and the referee’s consent.
9. Behavioral rules
9.1.The participants of the tournament are obliged to observe the generally accepted norms of behavior, to show a friendly, polite attitude towards the spectators, the press, the leadership of the tournament, as well as other organizers, participants, to refrain from using rude, insulting words and committing such illegal acts. Aggressive behavior, including harassment and threats, is prohibited. It is forbidden to insult with actions, such as any threatening action or statement addressed to any participant, spectator, representatives of the administration or any other person.
9.2. The participants are obliged to observe the Rules of Procedure, to show respect to the opponents, the spectators and the organizer.
10. Other conditions
10.1.The organizers of the tournament have the right to use the data of the participants for advertising purposes and announcements without prior notice. The participants give their consent so that the organizers of the competition are able to use their data in the production of advertising or other materials that will not damage the image of the participants in any way. The organizer should have the right to create, distribute, use the materials described above within the country’s territory without exception and without time limit.
10.2.All decisions made by the referees of the tournament are final and are not subject to appeal.
10.3. The tournament organizer has the right to unilaterally change these rules. It is not necessary to notify the tournament participants.
10.4. The tournament organizer reserves the right not to participate in written negotiations or other contacts with the tournament participants, except for the cases defined by these rules.
11․ Dispute solution
11.1.Issues not regulated by the tournament regulations are resolved by the tournament organizer.
11.2.Complaints about the refereeing and the organization of the matches are submitted in any written form to the chief referee of the tournament no later than 10 minutes after the end of the match. In this case, the participant must declare its intention to complain. The complaint is discussed by the chief judge of the tournament as soon as possible.
11.3. The organizers have the right to change and add the rules of the tournament, if there are no important points or if the fouls were made before the tournament, observing the principles of ‘’ fair play’’ and fairness.
11.4. The appeal against the decision of the Chief Referee must be submitted in any written form by the participant and it must be considered by the tournament organizer.
12.Psychotropic substances, alcohol, doping, penalties, banes and bets on matches
12.1. The use of alcohol, doping, drugs, etc., is prohibited during games and events throughout the tournament. Players should not be under the influence of psychotropic substances or alcohol while participating in the competition.
12.2. During the tournament gambling is prohibited, as well as bets on the games.
12.3. If a player finds a new dishonest way to influence the course of the game or gain a game advantage, if it is the first time and it is not included in the rules, it entitles the tournament organizer to disqualify the player without warning depending on the fouls.
12.4. The player or spectator is obliged to compensate the tournament organizers for any damage caused. The tournament organizers have the right to claim the amount of damage caused to the player or to receive compensation for the damage from the prize fund received by the player in this tournament.
13.Communication with referees
13.1.The final decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX). The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
13.2..During the tournament the news and video content is created by the administration. The participants give their consent to use their logo, pictures, information for reviews or similar content.
13.3.Communication
All the organizations as well as controversial issues are resolved with the referee on Discord chat. To resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructive, within one message, including the link of the match and/or the team, depending on the problem itself.
Hearthstone Battlegrounds Autumn Tournament
The Hearthstone Batllegrounds Autumn Tournament will be held on October 02 and 03.
The registration is open from August 30 at 10:00 to September 30 at 20:00.
