
1. General information
1.1.The minimum age of the participants is 16. The tournament is open to men and women, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.
1.2.The tournament is organized and conducted by a team of referees who make decisions in accordance with these rules. If the situation is not described in the rules, the chief referee of the tournament can decide at his own discretion, as long as it guarantees a fair game.
1.3.Referees have the right to replay any match.
1.4.The final decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX). The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
1.5.The organizers of the tournament have the right to use the data of the participants for advertising purposes and announcements without prior notice. The participants give their consent so that the organizers of the competition are able to use their data in the production of advertising or other materials that will not damage the image of the participants in any way. The organizer should have the right to create, distribute, use the materials described above within the country’s territory without exception and without time limit.
1.6.The entry of any observer is prohibited (only official representatives).
1.7. By taking part in the tournament, the participant agrees to comply with the rules of this tournament and understands that in case of violating the rules they may be disqualified from the tournament.
2. Tournament Information
2.1.The tournament is divided into 2 rounds: qualification (1st group round) and final (2nd round).
2.1.1..Round 1: During the open qualifying round, all registered teams will be divided into groups, depending on the number of registrations. During the group round the best 4 teams from each group (according to the number of groups it can be changed) will pass to the final 2nd round according to the points collected.
2.1.2. 2nd round - final. All the teams that passed the group round (15 or 16, depending on the final number of groups) holding 3 games with each other, according to the points collected, will determine the winners of the tournament.
3. Participants
3.1. All participants must be 16+ years old. The tournament organizer can request confirmation of your age or citizenship at any time by requesting documents guaranteeing the right to participate, including video, photo, scanned ID card image. Tournament participants are prohibited from hiding document information.
3.2. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality when communicating with the tournament organizers. In particular, all information passed to or received from the competition organizers, the applications, complaints, their submission, and discussion are considered to be a secret and should not be published without the permission of the tournament organizers.
3.3.The participants must maintain the accepted norms of behavior, show respect towards the tournament organizers, referees, spectators, as well as towards the other participants of the tournament.
3.4.The participants of the tournament are obliged to maintain the principles of sporting behavior and fair play.
3.5.A player is not allowed to be in more than one team during the whole tournament.
3.6.To participate in the tournament, each player must have at least a level 30 active PUBG Mobile account, a registered team of 4 people. It is allowed to register 1 (one) substitute player.
3.7.The nicknames, pictures should be moderate and should not contain offensive or provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the player, including disqualification from the tournament. Player nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources. The tournament organizer may request to change the participant's last name if it contradicts the rules of the tournament.
3.8.Player Nicknames and team names should not contain third-party ads.
3.8.1.If the label requires the organization or third-party brands in the players' nicknames, you must contact the AEF Administrator during the team registration.
3.9. An individual can participate in the tournament from only one game account. It is forbidden to change your account after the start of the tournament. The participant will get a technical defeat.
3.10. Players who have ever been blocked or have ever had a frozen account will not be able to participate in the tournament.
4. Game settings

5. Results of the meeting and distribution of points
5.1.The position in the group is determined by the number of points earned for all matches. The number of points in each match is the number of points earned for killings and the taken places.
5.2. Number of points in the game
1st place - 15 point
2nd place - 12 point
3th palce - 10 point
4th palce - 8 point
5th palce - 6 point
6th palce - 4 point
7th palce - 2 point
8-12th palce - 1 point
13-16th palce - 0 point
5.3. Points for kills
Each kill brings 1 point to the team.
5.4. If several teams have an equal number of points, the priority of the team is determined in the following sequence:
1. Number of kills
2. Average place in matches
5․5․ Post-game procedures
5.5.1. Results
The AEF official representatives will confirm and record all the results of the tournament and the distribution of points.
5.5.2. Technical problems
After each match of the tournament, the players will find out any technical issues on AEF Discord channel.
5.5.3.Break time
If the breaks between games are required or the tournament organizer considers them desirable, AEF official representatives will notify the team captains about such break time, and the next tournament will begin immediately after that break.
5.5.4.The player's nickname must fully correspond to the player's nickname provided to the AEF. If the nickname is different, the player will not earn points for the kills and will not participate in the game.
6. Meeting set up, team responsibilities, technical issues
6.1. The teams will have 10 minutes to enter the lobby. After 10 minutes the game starts automatically. Teams that did not manage to enter the room will not participate in the game and will receive 0 points in total.
6.2. The team can start the match with three if one of the players has problems. If no more than one player appears, the team will be eliminated from the lobby and will receive 0 points in the overall tournament standings.
6.3. In case of doubt, each player of the team, at the request of the referee, must turn on the screen recording version (this recording must contain the game itself, the communication between the team players, and the sound of the game). The tournament organizer has the right to request a game screen recording from any player or the entire team. In the absence of screen recording, the team will get a technical defeat. If the opponent has requested the game materials during the protest (recording of the game screen), the files must be archived, uploaded to the file-sharing service, and the links must be provided to the tournament referee in private messages within 20 minutes. Upload files with the following resources: google drive, Yandex drive, dropmefiles, rghost. You need to keep these files for 24 hours. If the team is convinced that the opponents have broken the rules, it has the right to file a complaint. The complaint is filed within 10 minutes of the end of the match, so contact the referee on Discord. No complaint will be accepted 10 minutes after the end of the match. If the complaint is filed at the end of all matches during the protest, the team will be inspected at the next round or the next game day. All complaints will be considered within 30 minutes after their submission and the referee will make the final decision.
6․4․ In case of disconnection of one of the participants during the game, the team is obliged to continue the game with the same staff, if the participant cannot rejoin the game.
6.5.If the team finds a mistake in the result of the game, it is obliged to provide the game replay and to inform the tournament referees after the game.
6.6.Restarting the server can be done by the tournament organizer only in case of technical problems that may affect the final result of the map.
6.7. It is forbidden to enter someone else's game account, as well as give the password to another person, or involve people who are not involved in this game.
6.8. Observer seats can only be occupied by game organizers and representatives.
6.9.Any personal or game streamings by players or studios, are prohibited without the prior consent of the head referee of the tournament.
6.10.It is forbidden to use any program that gives an advantage over other players or that allows you to modify game files
6.11. Any kind of usage or modification of the program (application), removal of files and other manipulations with other participants which won’t have any direct connection with the user of the game will cause disqualification of the team.
6.12.The use of game bugs is strictly prohibited.
6.12.1. The use of Flyergans is prohibited.
6.13.The use of bugs such as looking through walls, automatic fire control, and other such commands that give preference to other participants will bring to disqualification.
6.14.Only phones (smartphones) are allowed in the tournament. The use of tablets and computer emulators is strictly prohibited.
All the players who have reached the final will pass a test. After the qualifying round if a team is found to have broken the rules the team will be disqualified from the tournament. And his place will be taken by another team that has a low status in the table.
7.Lobby
7.1. Before the meeting all the players will have 10 minutes to enter the lobby to take their seats.
7.2. The team that did not manage to take its place in the lobby in time will automatically receive 0 points.
7.3.Teams must take the place appointed by the referee in the lobby.
8.Communication with referees
8.1.All the organizational as well as controversial issues are resolved with the referee on Discord chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX. To resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructive, within one message, including the link of the match and/or the team, depending on the problem itself.
8.2.Communication with referees and organizers is done exclusively on Discord chat.
8.3. The captains of all the teams must be on the official Discord server : Discord PUBG Mobile channel.
If the situation is not described in the rules, the chief referee of the tournament can decide at his own discretion, as long as it guarantees a fair game.

PUBG Mobile <<Coca-Cola Armenian Cup>> will be held from November 20 to 28.
The registration is open from October 16 to November 16 at 20:00.
