
Technical rules in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive discipline
1․ General Rules and Provisions
1.1. Participants of the competition are obliged to comply with these rules’ requirements and the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of sports competitions.
1.2. Game version: licensed, the latest published on the Steam service.
1.3. The first place winners must provide a photo or scanned version of their passport or ID. The captain of the winning team must submit the required documents in one folder.
1․4․ The participant is obliged to use the same licensed game account and the same game nickname. A participant can participate in the Competition only in one team. Multi-accounting is prohibited. Any actions aimed at transferring a game account are prohibited. The participant must immediately inform the organizer of all changes.
1.5. The minimum age for the competition is 18 years. Age is set on the date of a specific qualifying stage.
1․6․ The tournament is open to men and women, citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.
1.7. Replacements
It is allowed to register 5 players and 1 substitute in the team. In case of successfully reaching play-off, the composition of the team must be unchanged.
1.8. The tournament officials reserve the right to supplement and change the rules of the tournament at their discretion.
1.9. The participating teams automatically agree to all the rules of the tournament. Any dispute not mentioned in the rules shall be settled at the discretion of the Referees of the Tournament.
1.10. Nicknames, pictures and team names should be modest and should not contain offensive, provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the team/player, including that of disqualification from the tournament.
1.11. Player nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources.
1.12. If you need to include third-party brand names, you should contact the organizers during the team registration phase.
1.13. The final decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat. The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
1․14․ During the tournament the news and video content is created by the administration. The teams agree to use their logo, pictures, player information for reviews or similar content.
1.15. All the organization and controversial issues should be solved on Discord chat. On the part of the team, communication on the organization of matches and controversial situations is carried out exclusively by the captain, or the manager, or the coach of the team.
To solve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructive, in one message, including the link of the match and/or the team, depending on the problem itself.
1.16. Players who have ever received a VAC-Ban for CS: Go discipline, are not allowed to participate in the tournament. If a player with VAC-Ban is found, the player is disqualified from the tournament and the team suffers a technical defeat.
1.16.1. If a team is found that has violated any of the rules at any stage of the tournament, all previous matches with the participation of this team cannot be replayed.
1.17. Players who have ever been banned for using third-party programs (cheats) on the ESEA and Faceit gaming platforms are not allowed to participate in the tournament. If a player is found with a ban on third-party gaming platforms, the player will be disqualified from the tournament, and the team will receive a technical defeat.
1.18. All complaints must be evidence-based. In particular, screenshots should be used. Complaints won’t be accepted without screenshots.
2. Tournament Information
2.1. Server settings.
All the rounds must be played on the FACEIT. The following game settings will be applied.

2.2. The tournament is divided into two parts:
2.2.1. The first round will be online. Format: Double Elimination, Best of 3, (up to 2
victories).
2.2.2. In the second round the tournament will be LAN. Format: Double Elimination, Best of 5, (up to 3 victories).
2. 3. The competition will be held on the following maps: de_inferno, de_mirage, de_ancient, de_nuke, de_overpass, de_dust2, de_vertigo
2.4. You need to make the map ban pick in the following order: Ban1, Ban2, Ban3, Ban 4, Pick 1, Pick 2, Pick 3
2․5․ At the end of the first round of each game (15 rounds) the teams change places.
2․6․ If a team wins the first two rounds of the game in 16 rounds, it becomes the winner of the game.
2.6.1. If teams have an equal number of points during the two rounds, two additional overtime rounds are assigned in three rounds. The team that wins 4 and more rounds in 2 extra games becomes the winner of the game. If there is an equal game after 2 extra rounds, then "two overtime rounds" are assigned until the winner of the match is determined.
2.6.2. During the overtime games the places are not selected.
In the first overtime round, the teams start from the same places where they played in the second round of the game before the extra time.
The second and subsequent overtime rounds start from where they played in the second round of the first extra round.
2.7. To put the game under the tactical pause, you need to write in the general chat !Pause.
2.8. To resume the game, both teams need to write a common chat !Unpause:
2.9. If there are any technical issues after the start of the round, the captains of both teams must notify on the general chat by writing !Tech.
To resume the game after fixing the technical problem, you need to write on a general chat !unpause. If due to technical issues you must download the previous round, you can use the! Stop command, which saves the current round without the intervention of the administrator. In the order to work the approval of both teams needed.
2.10. Procedure for selecting sides after the knife round:
!Stay: to stay on the same side after the knife round
!Swap: to change sides
2.11. Teams must take part in the games with 5 participants
2.12. Teams must appear for the competition on time. Delays of more than 15 minutes are not allowed. If a team member is more than 15 minutes late after the start of the game, the team receives a technical defeat. It is necessary to have a screenshot with the captain of the team that confirms the absence of the members of that team, where the time should also appear. He also needs to have a screenshot of the server confirming the absence of players.
2.13. The decision of the game side is made at the knife stage. The winner chooses the side, after which the game resumes.
2.14. Server crash
If the server fails and restarts, the game situation on the map will be displayed as it was at the beginning of the round during which the server crashed.
2.15. The game must resume if the server crashes in the first 3 rounds (no more). The player fails before the first kill (if the player fails after the first kill, the server pauses at the end of the current round).
2.16. POV: Point of View Show - All players are required to record a POV on their computer throughout the game. To do this, you need to type the command "record demo name" in the panel. A demo video must be made for all game rounds, starting with the gun round.
2.17. If the server removes the participant from the game and the participant returns again, he / she will have to start the demo recording again but this time under a different name.
2.18. Tactical pause. Each team has the opportunity to play the game 4 times in 30 seconds for a tactical pause on the map. The command to call a tactical pause is- pause: Restart – unpause.
2.19. A technical pause is given in case of technical problems of the players or the server. The maximum pause time is 10 minutes. Technical break instruction – tech.
2.20. End of the game. At the end of the game, the captain of the winning team informs the referee and provides the final score of the game to the referee via a screenshot.
2.21. All games take place according to the schedule. If the game ends early, the next game starts as soon as possible.

2.29. Objection. The team can appeal if it is convinced that the rules have been violated by the competitors. The objections are accepted only if they are raised within 5 minutes after the final. For that, it is necessary to apply to the referee on Discord. Complains are not accepted after 5 minutes! Only the losing team can complain. It is allowed to get a maximum of POV demos of 2 players. When appealing for insulting words, it is also necessary to prove the fact of the violation with a screenshot. The response to the appeal comes within 10 minutes after the end of the game. If the opponent requests the video materials of the game, it is necessary to archive them and download them on the file-sharing platform. Give the references to the referee in a personal letter within 20 minutes. It is preferred to download the files to google drive, Yandex drive, dropmefiles, rghost platforms. The final decision will be made within 15 minutes after the objection. The final decision is out of discussion.
2.30. Objection format
"Me, the captain of the *** team; I demand from the championship administrator to provide the POV-demo from the opposing team. Game link: _______. The reason for the appeal is _ (indicate the reason) _________ >>.
2.31. After the end of the game, the team captain must be on the Discord channel for 10 minutes.
2.32. The appeal against the use of cheats is decided by the referee of the tournament. The decision is final and it is out of discussion.
2.33. The team against which they have appealed has no right to start the next match without the permission of the referee.
3. Prohibitions
3.1. The following actions are prohibited during the game; these may result in disqualification of the team․
- Use of scripts
- Use of SweetFX
- Application of game flaws
- Movement on walls, floors and through roofs. It is not allowed to walk in the air.
- Place the bomb in such a way that it cannot be defused (in places where walls, floors, etc. become transparent).
- Flash bugs
- Movement by pixels (standing or squatting on unnoticed particles in the game).
- Using 16-bit graphics
- Any use of an extraneous program that is not authorized and may result in an unfair advantage for the team or player is considered fraudulent.
- Exchanging Steam accounts for others participation is also prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- The team receives a technical defeat for processing or modifying the demo. Also for changing screenshots.
3.2. Penalties
Players or teams are disqualified in the following cases:
- Refusal to follow the instructions of the referee.
- Rebuttal to the referee or players after being warned to follow the rules of the game.
- Insulting opponents, tournament participants as well as team members and using inappropriate or racist expressions.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct (sabotage of meetings).
- The absence of the whole team at the meeting.
When making an affirmative screenshot, there should be a time when a team member has a dialogue with the opposing team captain. It is also necessary to take a screenshot from the server to prove the absence of the team.
- Cheating or misleading the referee.
If the team has taken a break more than four times (including allowed breaks), they will be given a warning. It is necessary to provide a screenshot of each break where the game score will appear.
4. Streaming
4.1. The official broadcast is implemented through AEF twitch and Youtube platforms.
4.2. Any game of the championship can be selected by the administrator for broadcasting.
4.3. The game starts as soon as the players and the broadcaster are ready.
5. Communication with the referees of the championship
5․1. The communication with the referees of the tournament is done on the Discord platform, through the open general chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX) or through a personal message (to write a personal message you need to click on the user's nickname and select “send a private message” in an opened window.
5․2. Participants must join that chat and confirm their team participation more than 60 minutes before the start of the tournament. For all this, you need to click on your nickname, select "change nickname", type the team name and click save.
5․3. As for the teams, the communication on the controversial issues of organizing the competitions is carried out exclusively by the team captain. In case of violation of the rules by the opponents, the captain of the team must stop the game and inform the referee about it on the general chat.
EILAT 2021 CS GO Armenian Qualifier
The national qualifier of EILAT 2021 13th World Championship in CS GO discipline will be held on August 7,8.
The registration is open from July 12 at 10:00 to August 05 at 20:00.
