Rules and Regulations

1. General rules 

1.1. The participants must present the scanned or image version of their passports or IDs. 

1.2.  The tournament is open to men and women 18 years old and above, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.

1.3. The referees can decide to replay any match.

1․4․The decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat. The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.

1․5․ The organizers of the tournament have the right to use the data of the participants for advertising purposes and announcements without prior notice. The participants give their consent so that the organizers of the competition can use their data in the production of advertising or other materials that will not in any way damage the image of the participants. The organizer should have the right to create, distribute, use the materials described above in the territory of the country without exception and without time limit. 

1.6. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the start of the match, the participant may suffer a technical defeat in the game.

1.7. Any observer other than the official broadcasters is prohibited:

1.8. By taking part in the tournament, the participant agrees to comply with the rules of this tournament and understand that in case of violating the rules they may be disqualified from the tournament.
1.9. In case of incorrect or incomplete data entry for registration in the tournament, the participant may be disqualified from the tournament.

2. Tournament Information 

2.1. The format of the tournament is up to 2 defeats. 

2.1.1. The tournament is divided into 2 rounds. The first round will take place on June 26, and the second one on June 27.

2․1․2 ․ The first round will include all the matches up to the semifinals. The games of this round will be held in Best of 3 (up to 2 victories).

2.1.3. The second round will include the semi-final and final matches. The games of this round will be held in Best of 5 (up to 3 victories).

2.1.4. All rounds of the tournament will be held on LAN (physical presence of participants), information about the venue will be announced in advance by the organizer.

2.2. In case of a draw.

- "Two extra hours"

- "11-meter kick".

2.3. The registration for the tournament ends two days before the start of the tournament (June 24).

3. Participants 

3.1 The tournament is open to men and women 18 years old and above, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.

3.2. The nicknames, pictures should be moderate and should not contain offensive or provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the player, including disqualification from the tournament. Player nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources. The tournament organizer may request to change the participant's last name if it contradicts the rules of the tournament.

3.3. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality when communicating with the tournament organizers. In particular, all information passed to or received from the competition organizers, the applications, complaints, their submission and discussion are secret and should not be published without the permission of the tournament organizers.

3.4. The participants must maintain the accepted norms of behaviour, show respect to the tournament organizers, referees, spectators, as well as to the other participants of the tournament.

3.5. The participants of the tournament are obliged to maintain the principles of sporting behaviour and fair play.

3.6. Multi-accounting is prohibited. One player can play only with only one gaming account.  

3.7  Both players must report the results of the game to the referee/ competition organizer 

at the end of the game and after the victory of one of the players,

Substitutions: 3 (in overtime +1)

Balance of indicators: off

4.2. Both participants are responsible for adjusting the game settings before the start of the game. If the participant sees inaccuracies, he/she must draw the referee's attention to the incorrect settings.

5. Penalties 

5.1. One of the referees or the chief referee of the tournament can give a warning and defeat for the violations listed below.

- To stop the game, to replace a player, to adjust the team and tactics, when the ball is in the opponent's possession in the game, which means that the ball is out of control) and/ or the ball is in the opponent's possession. If the ball is in the opponent's half, the participant is given a warning.

-To prolong the time, that is, without pressure from the opponent, as well as without trying to attack with the ball for more than 5 minutes (40 seconds in real-time), the player receives a warning in his own half.

-to change the game settings and individual management settings. In this case, the referee may be limited to verbal remarks, if the violation is not significant and does not affect the process of the game.

5․2 ․ To leave before the final whistle without the referee's permission the participant will be given a  defeat with a score of 0:3.

5․3 ․ The chief referee has the right to disqualify the contestant for insulting the opponent, for obscene language, as well as for negative comments to the referee or organizers.

6 ․ Communication with referees
6.1. The final decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX). The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.

6.2. During the tournament the news and video content is created by the administration. The participants give their consent to use their logo, pictures, information for reviews or similar content.

6.3. Communication

All the organizations as well as controversial issues are resolved with the referee on Discord chat. To resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructive, in one message, including the link of the match and/or the team, depending on the problem itself.

EILAT 2021 eFootball PES2021 Armenian Qualifier

The national qualifier of EILAT 2021 13th World Championship in eFootball PES 2021 discipline will be held on June 26 and 27.

The registration is open from June 7 at 10:00 to June 24 at 20:00.
