
1.General Rules
1.1. The tournament is open to men and women 18 years old and above, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.
1.2. The referees can decide to replay any match.
1.3. The decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat. The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
1.4. The organizers of the tournament have the right to use the data of the participants for advertising purposes and announcements without prior notice. The participants give their consent so that the organizers of the competition can use their data in the production of advertising or other materials that will not in any way damage the image of the participants. The organizer should have the right to create, distribute, use the materials described above in the territory of the country without exception and without time limit.
1.5. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the start of the match, the participant may suffer a technical defeat in the game.
1.6. Any broadcast other than the official broadcasters is prohibited.
1.7. By taking part in the tournament, the participant agrees to comply with the rules of this tournament and understand that in case of violating the rules he may be disqualified from the tournament.
1.8. In case of disconnection, the game will be played again in the same arena, with the same characters (taking into account the results of the game registered before the disconnection) or will be fully played at the discretion of the referee/organizer.
1.9. In case of incorrect or incomplete data entry for registration in the tournament, the participant may be disqualified from the tournament.
2.Tournament information
2.1. Format: Participants play in Double Elimination (up to two defeats), Best of 3 (up to two wins), semifinals and finals in best of 5 (up to 3 wins).
2.2. Loser Pick operates (only the loser can change the hero during the series).
2.3. Registration for the tournament ends two days before the start of the tournament (July 1).
3.Participants
3.1. The nicknames, pictures should be moderate, should not contain offensive or provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the player, including disqualification from the tournament. Player nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources. The tournament organizer may request to change the participant's last name if it contradicts the rules of the tournament.
3.2. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality when communicating with the tournament organizers. In particular, all information passed to or received from the competition organizers, the applications, complaints, their submission and discussion are secret and should not be published without the permission of the tournament organizers.
3.3. The participants must maintain the accepted norms of behaviour, show respect to the tournament organizers, referees, spectators, as well as to the other participants of the tournament.
3.4. The participants of the tournament are obliged to maintain the principles of sporting behaviour and fair play.
3.5. Multi-accounting is prohibited. One player can play only with one gaming account.
3.6. Both players must report the results of the game to the referee/ competition organizer
at the end of the game and after the victory of one of the players.
3.7. In case of any controversial issues in the participants' messages, if none of the players can testify to their victory (screenshot, video), the game will be replayed in full in the presence of the referee.
3.8. The participants challenge each other for the fight. Whoever is higher in the bracket creates a lobby.
3․9 ․ If the lobby is not accessible, the participant must immediately notify the referee/organizer.
3.10. If both participants are absent, the winner is decided randomly.
3.11. If the participant is regularly disconnected in playing with several competitors, then he/she may be disqualified by the decision of the referee/tournament organizer.
4.Streaming
4.1. The official broadcast is implemented through AEF twitch and Youtube platforms.
4.2. Any game of the championship can be selected by the administrator for broadcasting. The selected participants can not refuse to be broadcast.

4.3. The game starts as soon as the players and the broadcaster are ready.
5.Communication with the referees
5․1. The communication with the referees of the tournament is done on the Discord platform, through the open general chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX). The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
5.2. Throughout the whole tournament the news and video content is created by the administration. The teams agree to use their logo, pictures, player information for reviews or similar content.
5.3. All organizational, as well as controversial issues, are resolved with the tournament referee on Discord chat (https://discord.gg/X75ZPD7NkX). To resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructive with a single message, including a link to the game և and/or the participant, depending on the problem.
Rules may be supplemented or modified. The outcome of any situation not described in the Rules and Regulations will be decided at the discretion of the Referee.
EILAT 2021 Tekken7 Armenian Qualifier
The national qualifier of EILAT 2021 13th World Championship in Tekken7 discipline will be held on July 3 and 4.
The registration is open from June 14 at 10:00 to July 1 at 20:00.
