
1.General information
1.1.Participants must know and follow the instructions, rules and regulations.
1.2.The latest version of the licensed game is required.
1.3.Participants must use only one licensed account and nickname․ It is forbidden to have several accounts. Any action aimed at transferring the game account to another is prohibited.The participant must inform the organizer about any kind of change.
1.4.The tournament is open to all 16-year-old or above men and women, who are citizens and inhabitants of the Republic of Armenia.

3․ Tournament procedure
3․1․Two teams take part in the match, 5 people in each team.
3.1.1. The first 8 teams that entered the tournament on Battlefy are allowed to participate.
3․2․ The team that was higher in the tournament bracket in the first match must create a match lobby choose sides. In all subsequent games of the match, the teams alternately
switch sides.
3․3․Only participants, referees and official broadcasters are allowed to be in the game lobby.
3.4.The tournament will be held on the Summoner's Rift map and will continue until the winning team is determined by any of the following:
- fulfillment of the ultimate goal ( Nexus destruction)
- capitulation of the team
- awarding a technical defeat
3.5. Technical defeat
3.5.1. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the start of the match, the team may suffer a technical defeat in the game.
3.5.2. Games start only in 5x5 format, if one or several players of both teams do not show up for the match, the team may suffer a technical defeat.
3.5.3. If serious offensive speech is used during a match, a team may suffer a technical defeat. As evidence, you need to provide a screenshot with offensive statements. The defeat is valid only after referee's confirmation.
3.6. "Disconnect", restart, pauses
"Disconnect" is considered to be any interruption of the network connection during a match due to a problem with the system, network, computer, voltage problems.
3.6.1. If a team is experiencing technical problems, it has the right to pause. The total number of pauses cannot exceed three per match. The total duration of the pauses is no more than 10 minutes (3 minutes for each of the pauses),
3.6.2.The team has the right to longer pauses (up to 15 minutes) with the consent of the opponent,
3.6.3. The team that paused the match must explain the reason to its opponent in the match chat,
3.6.4. If, after a pause, one of the players starts the game without warning the other team and confirmation from their side, this may be regarded as a violation of the rules. If this action seriously affected the match, then the team can be credited with a forfeit defeat by the referee's decision, for this you need to provide proof in the form of a screenshot,
3.6.5. In case of replaying the match, the players must choose the same items, lines, heroes(characters).
3.6.6. In bo3 matches, the pause between games should not exceed 10 minutes. In case of problems during the match, the duration of the pauses can be increased by referee's decision.
3.7. Penalties
3.7.1.For non-compliance with the rules, the teams will get penalties.
3.7.2. If one of the teams violated one of the points of the regulations, any evidence is accepted by the chief referee and considered in private. For this, the schedule of matches may be suspended until all the details and circumstances of the violation are clarified.
3.7.3. Penalties are set by the chief referee of the tournament and reported to the team captains.
3.7.4. Each violation will be punished with penalty points. Each team can earn a maximum of 3 penalty points, after which it will be disqualified.
3.7.5. Penalty points will be determined based on violations found by the administrator / chief referee. The most common violations are being late for the game, wrong, inappropriate nicknames, unauthorized substitutions of players, non-sporting aggressive behavior.
3.7.6. The tournament organizer has the right to unilaterally change these rules. It is not necessary to notify the tournament participants.
4. Communication with referees
4.1.Communication with referees of the tournament is done on Discord chat, through (https://discord.gg/SGXMkj6nmd) or through a private message (To write a private message, you need to click on the username and in the open window, select the "Write Private Message" window). Participants must join that chat and confirm their team participation more than 60 minutes before the start of the tournament. For all this you need to click on your nickname, select "change nickname", type the team name, and click "save".
4.2. The communication of disputed situations is organized exclusively by the team captain. In case of violation of the rules by the opponents, the team captain must stop the game and contact the referee on Discord chat.

League of Legends Winter Cup
The League of Legends Winter Cup will be held from December 20 to December 25.
The registration is open from December 12 to December 17 at 20:00.
