
- General provision:
1.1. By participating in any activity of the tournament, the participant acknowledges compliance with these rules and regulations of the tournament, and agrees that in case of violation of the rules, may be disqualified from the tournament.
1.2. The participant must apply only one licensed account and nickname. The existence of multiple accounts is prohibited. Any activity aimed at transferring the game account to another player is not allowed. The participant is required to inform the organizer about any changes.
1.3. The citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who are inhabitants and have residence permit in Armenia, as well as are aged 16 years or older, are allowed to participate in all the tournaments organized by the Armenian Esports Federation.
1.4. The payment of the tournament is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the tournament. Applying for income in the form of winnings and prizes are: the only tax rate on personal income, which is set at 21%.
1.5. The participants, who have won the prize-winning places, are obliged to provide photos (scans) of an identity card, passport, social services number, as well as a personal bank account. In the absence of any information, the prize will not be paid out. In the case that the prize payment needs to be carried out to a third party, it is necessary to provide scans of documents of this person and a statement from the participant.
1.6. The organizer has non-exclusive rights to apply a sound, images, including but not limited to the use of persons and names: the right to quote, copy, apply for promotional/advertising/announcement of show programs; reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, broadcast and transmit voice and image involving names in any form, without prior notice or any other compensation to the participant.
The participant confirms, among other things, that the organizer has the right to use the image for creating a show program and applying it in the production of advertising or photo, video, television, and other materials that will not damage the image of the participant. The organizer has the right to produce, distribute and apply the materials described above in the territory of the country without exception and for unlimited time of use.

Blind pick: Players may request a Blind Pick for character selection. Prior to the first match, players will each tell a tournament organizer, in secret, their character selection for the first match. Participants will then select their characters with the administration staff member validating their selections. If a participant purposely does not select the characters that were previously told to the organizer, the player will forfeit the match.

Character Selection: The winning player of the preceding match will choose the character first for the upcoming round. The loser player of the preceding match will choose the character last for the upcoming round.
All characters already publicly released may be selected for matches. If a new character is released, that character may only be selected if it is available at least thirty (30) days via Ultimate release prior to the first day of the tournament.
Any new character Variations may only be selected if it is available at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the tournament.
- Tournament procedure
3․1․ Tournaments will be either Single or Double Elimination, pending the number of participants. Each match will be the Bo3 (up to 2 wins) games. The Final will be the Bo5 (up to 3 wins) format.
3.2. All rounds of the tournament will be held on LAN (physical presence of participants), the venue of the tournament is Norki Ayginer St. 193/2.
3.3. Within 5 minutes after the end of the match round, each player must report the results to the referee/organizer or submit the screenshot of the result to the respective Discord chat.
3.4. By decision of the referees, each game can be replayed.
3.5. Participants independently challenge each other to fight, whoever is higher in the tournament bracket creates a match lobby and chooses the sides. In all subsequent games, participants switch sides.
In case of impossibility to “enter the lobby”, the participant must immediately write about the situation to the referee/organizers.
Only participants, referees and broadcasters are allowed to be in the match lobby.
Substitutions are prohibited after the start of the tournament.
3.6. Technical defeat
3.6.1. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the start of the match, the player may be awarded a technical defeat in the game.
3.6.2. If serious offensive speech is used during a match, a player may be awarded a technical defeat. As evidence, the participants are required to provide a screenshot with offensive statements. The defeat is valid only after the referee's confirmation.
3.7. Disconnection, restart, pauses.
3.7.1. In the event of the technical problems, the player has the right to pause the game. The total number of pauses can not exceed 3 per match. The total duration of the pauses is no more than 10 minutes (3 minutes for each of the pauses).
In case of problems during the match, the duration of the pauses can be increased by the referee's decision.
3.7.2. The player has the right to longer pauses (up to 15 minutes) with the consent of the opponent.
3.7.3. If, after a pause, one of the players starts the game without warning the other player and getting confirmation from the opponent’s side, the action may be regarded as a violation of the rules. If this action seriously affected the match, then the player may be awarded technical defeat by the referee’s decision. For this situation, the screenshot should be provided as a proof.
3.7.4. In case of match replay, the players must select the same items, characters, sides.
In the event of a disconnection, the match will be replayed by taking into account the won rounds before the disconnection, by the same characters in the same arena, or will be completely replayed at the discretion of the referee / administrator.
3.7.5. In the event that a participant has regular disconnections with several opponents, the participant may be disqualified by the decision of the referee / tournament organizer.
3.8. Penalties
3.7.2. If one player violated one of the points of the regulations, any evidence is accepted by the chief referee and considered in private. For this situation, the schedule of matches may be suspended until all the details and circumstances of the violation are clarified.
- Participants
4.1. The nicknames, pictures should be moderate and should not contain offensive or provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the player, including disqualification from the tournament. The nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources, especially bookmakers or other “gaming” sites. The tournament organizer may request to change the participant's nickname if it contradicts the rules of the tournament.
4.2. In case of doubt, each player must pass an additional check at the first request of the tournament referee. The tournament organizer has the right to request the participant to confirm age, citizenship, etc. At that time, the participant is required to provide documents that guarantee the right to participate, including a photo, a scanned image of the identity card.
4.3. The participants are obliged to observe the principles of sportsmanship and fair play behaviour, to show respect to the tournament organizers, referees, spectators, as well as to the other participants of the tournament.
4.4. To participate in the tournament the participant is required to:
- Submit an application
- Have Steam ID / XBOX (Microsoft) ID / PS ID
- Join the Discord channel of the Armenian Esports Federation and confirm participation more than 1-3 days before the start of the tournament
4.5. The participants of the tournament are prohibited from using scripts, any software that affects the game mechanics, including programs designed to change the settings in the game for gaining an advantage or creating obstacles to the normal course of the opponent's game.
- Registration
5.1. The registration will be carried out within the period indicated on the posters or announcements of the official information resources of the Armenian Esports Federation (AEF).
5.2. The registration link will be available on 15 May. Registration for the tournament ends four days before the start of the tournament (May 25).
5.3. For the registration the participant is obliged to provide:
- Passport
- PS ID
- Discord ID
- Email address
- Tel. number
- Any other information required by the AEF to qualify for the tournament before or during the tournament.
5.4. The organizer reserves the right to change the registration period, close the registration ahead of time or extend it if necessary.
5.5. All necessary information provided by the participants must be in the official language : Armenian language.
5.6. Providing incorrect information is the basis for granting a refusal to participate in the tournament or disqualification from the tournament.
- Streaming of the matches
6.1. The official broadcast of the tournament takes place on the YouTube and Twitch channels. Any personal or game broadcasts by players or studios are prohibited without the prior consent of the chief referee of the tournament.
6.2. Any match of the tournament can be selected by the administration for streaming. Players of the selected game can not refuse to be broadcasted.
6.3. The match starts only when the players and the broadcaster are ready
- Communication with referees
7․1․ All organizational, as well as controversial issues are resolved through messages on Discord chat with the tournament referees.
In controversial and non-standard situations, the referee has the right to personally resolve a particular situation. In order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructively described in one message, with a link to the match, depending on the problem itself.
7.2. In case of violation of the rules by the opponents, the participant must stop the game and inform the referee or contact the referee on Discord chat.
7.3. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality when communicating with tournament organizers. All information submitted to or received from the organizers and referees of the tournament, in particular submission, discussion, applications, complaints or appeals is confidential and cannot be published without the permission of the tournament organizers.
- Complaint
8.1. All complaints must be substantiated. In particular, screenshots should be used.
8.2. The complaint is submitted within 5 minutes after the end of the game, for that participant is required to inform the referee or contact the referee on the Discord chat. Complaints submitted later than 5 minutes after the end of the game will not be taken into consideration. Only the losing participant can file a complaint. The complaint is accepted for consideration within 10 minutes after the end of the game. All complaints will be considered within 15 minutes after the submission of the complaint and then the final decision of the referee will be made. The final decision of the referees on the complaint is not subject to appeal.
8.3. The participant accused of violating the rules of the game has no right to start the next match without the referee's permission.
News and video content are created by the administration during the tournament. The participants give the right to the administration of the tournament to use their logo, pictures and player data to create a diverse content.
Rules and regulations may be supplemented or amended. All situations, which are not specified in the rules, will be interpreted at the discretion of the referee.
