1. General provisions:
1.1. The participants of the tournament are obliged to follow these rules and the instructions.
1.2. The tournament is organized by the Referees Committee, which makes decisions in accordance with these rules. If the situation is not described in the rules, the chief referee of the tournament can make a decision at his own discretion, if it guarantees a fair game.
1.3. By participating in any activity of (during) the tournament, the participant acknowledges compliance with these rules and regulations of the tournament, and agrees that in case of violation of the rules, may be disqualified from the tournament.
1.4. The payment of the tournament is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the tournament. Applying for income in the form of winnings and prizes are: the only tax rate on personal income, which is set at 21%.
1.5. The participants, who have won the prize-winning places, are obliged to provide photos of an identity card (scans), as well as a personal bank account. Each prize winner must provide the required information in one folder. In the absence of any information, the prize will not be paid out. In the case that the prize payment needs to be carried out to a third party, it is necessary to provide scans of documents of this person and a statement from the participant.
1.6. The citizens and the residents of the Republic of Armenia who have reached and over 16 years of age are allowed to participate in the tournament.
1.7. The organizer has non-exclusive rights to a sound, images, including but not limited to the use of persons and names: the right to quote, copy, apply for promotional/advertising/announcement of show programs; reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, broadcast and transmit voice and image involving names in any form, without prior notice or any other compensation to the participant.
The participant confirms, among other things, that the organizer has the right to use the image for creating a show program and applying it in the production of advertising or photo, video, television, and other materials that will not damage the image of the participant. The organizer has the right to produce, distribute and apply the materials described above in the territory of the country without exception and for unlimited time of use.
1.8. The latest version of the licensed game on Stream is required.
1.9. The participant is obliged to apply only one licensed account and nickname. The existence of multiple accounts is prohibited. Any activity aimed at transferring the game account to another player is prohibited. The participant is required to inform the organizer about any changes.
1.10. The 5 (five) main players are allowed to be registered. The team’s line-up must be unchanged throughout the tournament. Substitutions \ Replacements are prohibited after the start of the tournament.
1.11. If the start of the match is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the player may be awarded a technical defeat in the match.
1.12. Within 5 minutes after winning one of the rounds of the match, each winning player must submit the result to the respective Discord channel.
1.13. Referees have the right to replay any match.
1.14. The final decisions are made by the Referees Committee and can be appealed in the Discord chat. The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
1.15. All complaints must be supported by evidence. In particular, screenshots should be used. Complaints without screenshots will not be accepted.
2. Tournament Information
2․1․The tournament is held in Double Elimination format (Bo3 version).
2․2․Registration for the tournament ends three days before the start of the tournament (March 21).

2.4. Before the start of the match, the teams can change the location of the server by informing the referee. Any claims related to the selected server after the start of the game are no longer subject to appeal.
2.5. The match is played by two teams consisting of 5 participants.
2.6. The team that is currently high in the bracket must create a lobby.
2.7. Only participants, referees and commentators are allowed to be in the lobby.
2.8. Selection procedure
The first game is automatic (coin flipping).
Second game: the sequential change of the opposing sides and the first hero/character. The third game is automatic (coin flipping).
3․1․The winner of the match is the team that destroys the opponent's throne.
3․2․Before the beginning of the opposition, the team has the right to request the referee to check the opposing team to make sure that the player is playing from his own account. In this case, the tested players do not have the right to reject the referee in this matter. If this requirement is not met, the game starts without being checked.
3․3․ If the team is convinced that the opponents have violated the rules, it has the right to ask to check the opponent. The request is submitted at least 15 minutes before the start of the match, for that the team needs to contact the referee in Discord chat.
3.4. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality when communicating with the tournament organizers. In particular, all information passed to or received from the competition organizers, the applications, complaints, their submission and discussion are considered to be confidential and should not be published without the permission of the organizers of the tournament.
3.5. The participants must maintain the generally accepted norms of behavior, show respect towards the tournament organizers, referees, spectators, as well as towards the other participants of the tournament.
3.6. Participants of the tournament are obliged to comply with the principles of sportsmanship and fair play.
3.7.The nicknames, pictures should be moderate and should not contain offensive or provocative words. Otherwise, measures may be taken against the player or team, including disqualification from the tournament. The nicknames should not contain ads from outside sources, especially bookmakers or other “gaming” sites. The tournament organizer may request to change the participant's nickname if it contradicts the rules of the tournament.
3.8. In order to participate in the tournament, each participant must:

4.1. The registration will be carried out within the period indicated on the official information resources, posters and announcements of the Armenian Esports Federation.
4.2. The registration link will be available on February 27.
4.3. The organizer reserves the right to change the registration period, complete registration ahead of schedule or, on the contrary , extend it if necessary.
4.4 At the request of the organizers, participants are required to fill in and provide the organizers with all the necessary and reliable information before or during the tournament.
4.5. All necessary information provided by the participants must be in the official language - armenian.
For the registration the participant is obliged to provide:
- EA-licensed account ID:
- Passport picture
- Discord ID
- E-mail address
- Tel. number
- Any other information required by the AEF to qualify for the tournament
4.6. Providing incorrect information on the basis of refusing to participate in the tournament or being disqualified from the tournament.
5. Game settings:
- The teams must visit the "My Games" section and wait in the lobby. Each team must consist of 5 players.
- After occupying the slot in the lobby, all 10 players will have access to Dota 2 Friend ID of the captains of both teams, if the opponent does not appear, a technical defeat will be set automatically,
- The team that is higher in the bracket must invite the captain of the opposing team within 10 minutes.
5.2. Lobby creation sequence, side (s): The team that is higher in the bracket is located on the "Radiant" side. In case of Bo3 matches, the side changes after each game.
5.3. Lobby of the game: The team that is higher in the bracket creates the game lobby.
5.3.1. Within 5 minutes after the end of the game, the team captains must report the results on the Discord channel , by providing a screenshot, including in-game statistics showing the peak of the characters, the number of kills, the number of deaths, as well as the amount of gold and items in the characters' inventory.
5.4. Disconnect, restart, pause: "Disconnect" is any interruption of the network connection during a match because of the system, network, computer etc.
5.5. If the team is experiencing technical problems, it has the right to pause. The total number of pauses cannot exceed three per match. The total duration of the pauses is no more than 10 minutes (3 minutes for each of the pauses).
5.6. The team has the right to longer pauses (up to 15 minutes) with the consent of the opponent.
5.7. The team that paused the match must explain the reason to their opponent.
5.8. If, after a pause, one of the players lifted the pause without warning the other team and getting confirmation from its side, this action can be regarded as a violation of the rules. If this action seriously affects the match, the team may be awarded defeat by the referee's decision. For this situation, the screenshot should be provided as a proof.
5.9.In case of a rematch, the players must select the same items.
5.10. In Bo3 matches, the pause between games should not exceed 10 minutes. In case of problems during the match, the duration of the pauses can be increased by the decision of the referee.
6. Streaming of the matches
6.1.The official broadcast of the tournament takes place on the AEF, YouTube and Twitch channels.
6.2. Any match of the tournament can be selected by the administration for streaming. Players of the selected game can not refuse to be broadcasted.
6.3.The match starts only when the players and the streamer are ready.
6.4. Any personal or game streamings by players or studios are prohibited without the prior consent of the head referee of the tournament.
7. Communication with referees
7.1. During matches, team captains must be on the official Dota 2 Discord channel (https://discord.gg/rpc2mtws)
7.2. The final decisions are made by the referees and can be appealed on Discord Chat (https://discord.gg/rpc2mtws). The final decision of the referee is not subject to appeal.
7.3. During the tournament the news and video content is created by the administration. The participants give their consent to use their logo, pictures, information for reviews or similar content.
7.4. All organizational, as well as controversial issues are resolved in Discord chat with the tournament referee through messages. From the position of the team, communication on the organization of matches and disputable situations is carried out exclusively by the captain, the manager, or the team coach.In order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, the description of the problem should be constructively described in one message, with a link to the match and/or team, depending on the problem itself.
The rules may be supplemented or changed. All situations not described in the rules will be interpreted at the discretion of the referee.
